Theoretical part
It’s important that our muscles are always warm when we do sports! You can compare our muscles with rubber, hard rubber breaks – soft rubber is elastic. It’s like driving a car – first warm up the engine and only then pedal to the metal! So always do some exercises first, so that you have to take more breath and your body gets warm. After that you do some stretching exercises to relax your muscles. Now you’re ready for the park. Let’s rock!
