Theoretical part
What is the sweet spot? The sweet spot is the perfect spot for landing where the touching of the snow is the softest. If you jump too short, you’ll land in the flat (area in front of the landing sector). The impact is hard, because you get stopped in an abrupt way. If you jump too far, you’ll get higher and higher and the impact gets harder the longer you jump! So don’t forget to plan your starting speed to hit the sweet spot.
